Day
Arrive in

Day1. Explore the north 'green' Jordan by visiting Jerash the Greco-Roman city (Pompeii of Italy, Sagalassos or Ephesus of Turkey, Acropolis of Athens) have a traditional specialty (mixed-grill) for lunch, then explore the capital Citadel of Amman with possibility to visit the Amman archaeological museum (if time permits, then appreciate the "unique" copper Dead Sea scrolls at the Jordan Museum).

Day2. A time to take the King's Highway by visiting the Madaba St. George church with the oldest mosaic map of the Holy Land (1450 years old), then continue to Mount Nebo (the memorial burial of Moses according to Deut. 34). There will be time to follow the footsteps of Jesus Christ within his Baptism place- 150 meters—from the current River Jordan. Return to hotel in Amman.

Day3. Leave Amman for a three hours drive to Petra with five hours visit (including quick lunch) and return in the late afternoon back to Amman. It is a typical visit of Petra, the ancient Nabataean Arab Capital two thousand years ago (there are two Nabataean Temples at Pozzuoli situated 20 minutes by metro, west of Naples, Italy). End of program.
