Description

Frederic Chopin is without a doubt the best-known resident of Warsaw. He spent the first 20 years of his life in this city, where he studied music, learned etiquette, and performed his first concerts.

On this tour you will see many places that commemorate the composer and are deeply connected with his life in Warsaw.  Churches and palaces where he held concerts; Ostrogski Palace museum, which has some of Chopin's personal belongings on display; The Church of the Sisters of Visatation, where he practiced organ as a student; and Holy Cross Church, where his heart rests.

Next to Holy Cross Church is the Chopin Parlor at the Krasiński Palace, where the Chopin Family lived between 1827-1836/7.  You will see where Frederic Chopin lived for three years before he left Poland forever in 1830. During the visit you can listen to the famous works created by this outstanding Polish composer .
