Join us for a culinary journey through Cape Town, showcasing some of the best of South Africa’s artisanal producers and creative spaces. From cheesemakers to chocolatiers, charcuterie to craft beer breweries, world renowned wines and traditional snacks.

Let Cape Food & Wine Tours show you the reasons why Cape Town has become such an amazing culinary destination!

First thing we head to Woodstock – a vibrant hidden gem on the outskirts of town – to explore this urban treasure.Start with a great cup of coffee/tea at one of the many exceptional roasters within this area.

Is it too early for alcohol? We think not! Next stop is a craft beer & food tasting in Woodstock.

Drive back to the city to start our walking tour – got to walk of all those calories – first stop is the Company’s Gardens, for a walk and a bit of history about the interesting cultural and culinary influences on the Cape.

We then head to Heritage Square and up Bree Street, Cape Town’s coolest strip, coveted by locals and tourists alike.

Along the way we will sample some artisanal chocolate and truffles, and get our teeth into South Africa’s best biltong, before heading off to the iconic and colourful district of Bo Kaap.

Once in the Bo Kaap we will sample the delights of the Cape’s Eastern traditions, including samoosas, koesisters and spices.

After Bo Kaap’s sensory overload, we will finish the tour with local cheese platters and the best of the Western Cape’s wines in the city centre.

With a beautiful afternoon behind us, having soaked up the best of Cape Town’s food, guests can either stay around to check out the city’s vibrant art scene at ‘First Thursdays’ (first Thursday of the month), or be escorted to the Hope Street Night Market (every Thursday night), or be dropped off at their accommodation.
